Our Mission
What is your goal?
Our goal is to create a community that develops itself and becomes stronger - a StrngthXStyl community. We want to unite a group of people who enjoy growing, getting stronger, falling down, getting up again and moving on. And our biggest goal, actually our dream, is to open a store in Vienna where all like-minded people can meet and shop together.
Why did you develop your own products?
We have both been passionate about going to the gym for over 2 years. The gym has become an essential part of our lives. Unfortunately, we couldn't find the products that really appealed to us, both for everyday life and for training. That's why we started designing ourselves and had our t-shirts and hoodies printed. We want to make comfortable clothing for you that you can wear both in the gym and in everyday life - that's also a big part of our mission.
Do you make your own clothes?
No, we currently operate our shop as a print on demand. This means that the T-shirt or hoodie is only produced once you have ordered the item of clothing.
This has the great advantage that, as a very young company, we do not have high costs but can still offer you the highest quality because the producers have very good high-performance printers. It also protects the environment because no unnecessary clothing is produced.
Another important point regarding transparency:
We really started from scratch with our store and our brand. The website, the designs and everything else was created through hundreds of hours of trying, failing and binge-watching YouTube tutorials. If you notice anything else or just want to get in touch with us: please do, we'd be very happy!
Order
How do I know if my order was successful?
Once your order has been successfully completed, you will receive a confirmation email from us within 24 hours. Please also check your spam folder if you cannot find the email in your inbox.
Do I need an account to order?
No, you don't need to. You can also easily place your order with us as a guest. You have the freedom to register or not. However, registering will make the ordering process much easier for you.
Can you reserve items in your shopping cart?
No, unfortunately you can't, because it's a bit of a tricky issue: If customers put a large amount of goods in their shopping cart but don't complete the purchase, this blocks the items - in the case of limited editions - for others who actually want to buy. We have therefore decided to cancel the reservations for all items.
How do I get access to the live tracker?
When your package is shipped, we will send you an email notifying you that the package has been shipped. In this email you will also find the tracking number for your package.
Do you offer exchange or return options?
Yes, we have a 30 day return and exchange policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, which we certainly hope you are not, you can return the items within 30 days as long as they meet the return policy, which can be found in the footer under Return Policy.
What do I do if an item is sold out?
If a limited edition is sold out, we are really sorry, but a limited edition is limited because there is a limited number of pieces. We could have it reprinted at any time, but that is not the point of a limited edition. If an item is simply sold out, then it will definitely be back in stock at the manufacturer soon and you will be able to order it again.
What sizes are available?
We offer a wide range of sizes, from S to 2XL. Our size charts can be found on each product page to ensure you choose the perfect fit.
design and material
Are your designs really selfmade?
Yes, some of our designs are really self-made, some of them are designed from professionals. We, Benjamin and Domi, do it in our free time. We started designing for fun. Neither of us are professional designers, though. Our ideas first come into our heads, then they are roughly put on paper and finally finished with the design program Canva. But we do our best!
Can you also write to us with design requests?
Yes, we'd love to hear from you. We'd love to get you involved in the design work. If you have any requests or suggestions for a new design for the next drop, please send us an email to support@strngthxstyl.com.
What materials do you use?
We use either organic cotton, normal cotton or a mixture of cotton and another material, e.g. nylon. The exact material composition is stated for each product. We want to switch completely to organic cotton in the future, but unfortunately we are not able to do this for some products at the moment. We are working to gradually become more sustainable!
Do you also make personal designs?
Yes, if you contact us and tell us what you want it to look like, we will be happy to create a personal design for you. We both enjoy designing, so it's not a problem.
Are the materials sustainable or environmentally friendly?
Yes, all products are manufactured sustainably. There is no waste because the clothes are only produced when you order them (print on demand). You can read more about this under this point in "Our Mission".
How do I care for my products properly?
It is important to ensure gentle handling. Here are some additional recommendations for you:
- Always wash the first load separately.
- Always wash and iron the items inside out.
- Only wash similar colors together.
- Do not leave the laundry lying around while it is wet.
- Do not tumble dry the laundry.
- Wash at gentle 30-40 degrees Celsius.
If you do all this, the pieces will give you a lot of joy for a long time!
Payment and Shipping
How secure is my purchase? What payment methods do you accept?
Purchasing is very secure. You can see the payment providers accepted in our store if you scroll down or on the product pages under the buy buttons. These include:
- Shopify Payments: Visa, Maestro, Mastercard
- Paypal Express Checkout: Paypal, credit card
- Shop Pay, Google Pay, Apple Pay
- eps transfer, Ideal, Bancontact

The connections have an SSL certificate, which means you can shop with confidence.
Will I receive a notification when the payment is successful?
No, you will not receive an explicit message when the payment has been completed successfully. When you receive your order confirmation, this is also your payment confirmation.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping takes between 2 – 10 days. As soon as your items have been shipped, we will send you an email with the tracking number.
Do you offer international shipping?
No, we only offer shipping to the EU, Monaco, Norway, Switzerland and the USA. You can find the respective shipping rates in the shipping conditions or right here on the FAQ page.
Is there a tracking number for your orders?
Yes, you will receive a tracking number for our orders. You will find the number in the email where we let you know when your package has been shipped.
Who may bear additional costs for deliveries outside the EU?
If you place an order outside the EU (for example to Switzerland or Great Britain) and unforeseen additional costs for customs clearance arise, you will have to bear these yourself.
The amount of the fees depends on the items ordered and can therefore vary. If you have any questions about customs fees, please contact customs directly.
